Are These Kettlebell Workout Mistakes Robbing You Of Your Results?

Dear Kettlebell Swinging Friend,

Since COVID lockdowns, millions of people have bought and are now using kettlebells to get and stay in shape.

Others have been using them for some time now.

And if you’re using kettlebells to get in shape - whatever that means to you -

Losing fat...

Building strength...

Improving your conditioning...

Building some muscle...

Finding a way to work around old injuries...

And if you’re not seeing the results you want…

… It’s probably because you’re unwittingly making one of these 3 mistakes that are robbing you of your progress.

In this short letter, I’ll show you how to fix it so you can jump start your strength gains, fat loss, muscle-building or conditioning - or all-round Bad-A$$ednes - whatever your goal is in the next 60 days or less.

I first learned about this solution the hard way - in a near humiliating moment in front of my peers and industry giants.

More on that in a moment...

The good news is that the solution is simpler and easier than you might think.

This has nothing to do with working out harder… Or longer… Or even some “elite athlete” training secrets…

In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

You may be thinking this sounds too good to be true or that it smells like a crock of you-know-what…

And I thought that way too, until I experienced it for myself...

This isn’t for everyone though.

This might be for you if you fall into any of these categories:

  • Busy, stressed out professionals who are overworked and struggling to get their workouts in because they’re getting paid 40 hours a week and working 60 or more...

  • Parents who feel run ragged and wrung out, who give their lives for their kids, and are trying to figure out the “New Normal” of online learning and the hybrid, some days live, some days virtual school year…

  • Tired of using kettlebell workouts with little to no variety that leave you bored out of your mind…

  • Tired of doing MetCon style workouts that leave you feeling like you’re about to vomit, so sore for days from all the high reps that you can’t sit, stand, or walk without feeling like a 70-year old needing a walker - or worse - both…

  • Need to feel like you need a good workout, but don’t have time for traditional 60 to 90 minute a day workouts

And here's how you'd know for sure -

Simply answer the following questions:

Are You Experiencing One Or More Of These Symptoms?
(Check All That Apply)

  • You're not as thin or lean as you want to be… no matter how hard you diet or workout?

  • You have excess belly fat or can't seem to get rid of your belly fat… regardless of whether you’re on Keto, Intermittent Fasting, or whatever the latest diet trend is...

  • You're not as strong as you know you should be or once were… and it’s driving you crazy because you hate the thought of getting old[-er] and losing the ability to do the things you once loved...

  • No matter how hard you work you still can't get those last 10 pounds off...

  • The harder you work, the more your body seems to do the opposite of what you want it to do… your pants get tighter, face puffier, joints sorer...

  • You seem to make progress for short periods of time and then get injured or lose your motivation or both… leaving you frustrated and maybe borderline depressed, and drinking one or more too many beers at night when you get home from work...

  • You either have restless sleep or can't ever seem to get enough sleep and always feel tired… no matter how many pots cups of coffee you drink...

  • You keep forgetting where you put things like your car keys or your glasses and waste valuable time looking for them only to find them in your jacket or on top of your head...

  • You can't seem to kick those annoying little late-night habits like foraging in the kitchen pantry for something sweet or salty… that leave you feeling guilty with your self-esteem in the toilet...

  • Your sex drive isn't what it once was… and the tension between your spouse or partner and you is simmering under the surface like a ticking time-bomb as a result...

If you answered yes to two or more, it’s probably because you are making one or more of these 3 kettlebell workout mistakes.

Before we get to those mistakes, I should probably introduce myself...

Hi, I'm Geoff Neupert...

Apart from being a husband and dad of two small, and highly energetic kiddos, and a small business owner, I’ve been professionally training people since 1993.

I’m a former StrongFirst Certified Master Instructor, former StrongFirst Education Manager (the guy who edited the certification and course material), former RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Master Instructor, and co-creator of Original Strength Systems, a movement [re-]education company.

I’ve been training myself and others with kettlebells since 2002 - almost the beginning of the Modern Kettlebell Revolution and I’m honored that some of my training ideas and concepts are still included in the StrongFirst Level 1 and 2 kettlebell certifications.

I’ve also owned several personal training companies and between 2001 and 2013, I completed over 25,000 hours of one-on-one training with private clients, some of whom, I trained for over 12 years.

(I still train clients online over Zoom.)

I was a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rutgers University in New Jersey, where I oversaw the strength and conditioning programming for 26 different teams.

And I’ve taught strength training, kettlebell training, and movement restoration all across the world in seminars, workshops, and certifications…

As well as having articles published in many well-known fitness publications and websites like: MensHealth.com, MensFitness.com, MensJournal.com, T-Nation.com, BodyBuilding.com, StrongFirst.com, and DragonDoor.com.

I don’t say any of this to impress you, but rather to impress upon you that I’ve been around a long, long time and am not some internet marketer making up some BS story to lighten your wallet.

And...

Unfortunately, I Discovered These Mistakes Myself...

In the second half of 2010, I decided, after a 3-year hiatus, and 4 years rehabbing my knees and hips, all of which I injured in training for competitive athletics, to return to my beloved sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

I was a state champion and qualified for the National Championships a decade earlier.

However, because of 100-hour work weeks building my personal training businesses, I kept injuring myself.

Now, I finally felt good enough to train hard again - like I did in my early 20's.

My new mobility & restoration program was working like a boss - or so I thought, and I was feeling great - almost like my old self again.

I was also still working a lot - traveling to and at Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor Certifications…

Pulling all-nighters learning HTML code and assorted tech for my new internet training business…

And managing the stress of owning multiple rental properties, both in town and out of state - almost all of which were Money Pits.

I thought everything was going great, until I travelled to Philadelphia for the second long weekend in a row - the first to teach a Kettlebell Cert, the second to attend the “Easy Strength” Seminar by Pavel Tsatsouline & Dan John.

(Pavel Tsatsouline, along with his business partner, started the Modern Russian Kettlebell Revolution. Dan John is a legendary Strength Coach.)

I decided to make a detour and travel up to Northern New Jersey to see my old weightlifting coach.

As I hit the onramp for the Penn Turnpike, I reached across into the passenger seat to grab the map to make sure where my exit was, I felt a “Pop” in my lower back.

At first, I didn’t think anything of it.

Thought it was just one of those usual “adjustments”...

Until about 15 minutes later when I felt a soreness creeping from left to right across my lower back.

By the time I got to my coach’s place about 90 minutes later, I could barely move my left leg.

The next day was worse.

I was attending the Pavel / Dan John “Easy Strength” seminar.

And I was struggling to stay focused because my left hip and my lower back were SORE.

And I could barely move my left leg.

Alfonso Was Right

Apparently, my coach, Alfonso Duran, a member of the Cuban Weightlifting Team in the late 60’s and early 70’s- was right.

About 15 years earlier, he and I had one of the most enlightening conversations of my lifetime.

He told me that one of the biggest mistakes people make is that they try to train or work out like elite, professional athletes.

As a member of the Cuban team, he didn’t have a care in the world.

He’d train for 3 to 4 hours a day, and then do whatever he wanted.

Then, at the end of the month, he’d go down to the manufacturing plant where he “worked,” and pick up his paycheck.

In other words, he got paid to work out.

The average person, Al explained to me, has a 40-plus hour a week job, a marriage, kids, a mortgage or two, and a car payment.

They have way too much stress in their lives and couldn’t recover using elite training programs.

At best they would be overtrained and stall out.

At worst, they’d get hurt.

And he was absolutely right.

He taught me almost everything he knew about strength training, conditioning, and program design while training me for weightlifting.

I’d travel over an hour each way almost every Saturday for four years, to train with him, and spend the day with him, picking his brain, absorbing his knowledge like a sponge.

Al is brilliant.

Cuban by birth, Spanish (Galatian, actually) by heritage, he spoke multiple languages -

Spanish, English, German, Russian - to name a few.

And he learned the art and science of strength and conditioning from none other than Alexander Medvedyev -

Olympic Weightlifting World Champion and World Champion Soviet Weightlifting Team Head Coach.

He used that info to train track and field athletes in Cuba, where he was awarded an honorary Master of Sport degree for his work on “zone loading” for sprinters and other power athletes.

And all his methods worked.

Not only for me, but for my athletes at Rutgers, who became stronger, faster, leaner, and injury-free.

And then later, in my personal training business - where I became one of the most sought after trainers in town -

Training clients one-on-one over 70 hours a week.

Robbed By A Snowflake

Yet there I was, lying on the green, rubber multi-sport floor, pain, like red hot liquid soreness, shooting across my lower back and down my left leg...

… A few hours from demonstrating squats for Marty Gallagher, one of the greatest powerlifting coaches in the world, in front of my peers…

Thinking about my wife, who was 3 months pregnant, with our first child - our son...

And how if I didn’t change something - everything -

I’d be old and crippled before my time -

Robbing my son of playing with his dad…

Visions of myself as a man, old before his time, standing on the sidelines, watching my son’s games flashed through my mind…

Having my son be embarrassed as teammates asked him, “Hey, is that your grandpa over there?”

… And he’d hang his head in embarrassment and have to say, “No, that’s my dad…”

I couldn’t -

I wouldn’t do that to him.

At that moment, I realized that it didn’t matter how much I Snatched… Clean & Jerked… Or squatted… If I couldn’t be there for my son.

And that training to achieve dreams of glory was folly…

Alfonso was right all those years before.

Normal people must not -

CANNOT train the same way elite athletes do.

Especially if they're over 30...

And that’s where I went wrong.

I ignored that very conversation thinking it didn’t apply to me…

Somehow I was "special"…

(The "snowflake" mentality as they call it these days...)

And I could handle the same style of training I did when I was 15 years younger - with no wife, no businesses, and no kid on the way…

I felt like an idiot.

So, that’s when I vowed to do the OPPOSITE of everything I’d been doing.

And that’s how I stumbled on -

The Top 3 Kettlebell Workout Mistakes

  • #1: Working Out Too Hard Or Too Long

Many people believe the lie that you have to workout "balls to the wall" (excuse my French) for 60 to 90 minutes to get results.
As you'll see in a minute, research now proves this is not the case.

  • #2: Working Out Too Often

Many people mistakenly believe that you need to workout every day. Daily activity is healthy - "killer workouts" are not.

  • #3: Working Out With "Amateur Workouts"

A high majority of kettlebell workouts these days are "beat downs" - too many exercises, too many reps, to little rest. All of which can lead to soreness, stiffness, and even injury.

And all of these create MORE STRESS.

And that means you cannot recover from your workouts.

And that’s why you’re not seeing the “magic” from your kettlebell workouts.

Worse yet - many people combine those mistakes, compounding their stress-producing effects.

Remember, it’s not how hard or how much you work out that produces results -

It’s What You Can RECOVER From That Gives You Your Results

This is one of the reasons PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs) are so prevalent in professional sports -

They speed up the recovery process so that the athlete can train harder, longer, more frequently.

(So does specialized nutrition by a Team Dietician, hot tubs, cold whirlpools, heat packs, team Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers, and Massage Therapy.

How many of those do you have at your disposal?)

Look, I know this might sound counterintuitive, possibly even crazy, so let’s take a look at what the scientific research says.

Your Body On Stress

First, let’s take a quick look at what stress does to your body.

Under Stress, your body enters an alarm state - “fight or flight” mode.

It releases adrenaline which:

  • Increases blood pressure

  • Suppresses your immune system

  • Suppresses your digestive system

  • Suppresses your reproductive system

  • Increases energy use by signaling the release of Cortisol

Cortisol is an energy mobilization hormone.

Under stress, your body requires more energy.

Cortisol is the “key” that unlocks glucose stored in muscles and liver for immediate energy use.

Under normal situations this is good.

However, when you’re chronically stressed, cortisol levels are chronically elevated.

One of the reasons this is bad is because cortisol blocks the release of insulin - your body’s storage hormone.

Insulin is a key that unlocks muscle and liver cells so they can store glucose in the form of glycogen for future use.

However, with chronically high cortisol, you now have suppressed insulin and chronically elevated blood glucose (sugar) that are not being used and can’t be stored in their normal place.

The body needs to store this blood glucose somewhere.

So it stores it in fat tissue as visceral (abdominal) fat.

When you’re chronically stressed[1], your body circulates high levels of cortisol in your bloodstream, which -

  • Makes you more prone to put on stomach fat...

  • Suppresses your immune system, making you more likely to get sick…

  • Suppresses your anabolic hormones - testosterone and growth hormone (GH) , which in turn inhibits the proper functioning of your reproductive system, cratering your sex drive, and reducing intimacy levels with your spouse or partner, which can lead to friction in your relationship…

  • In women, can lead to the cessation of ovulation, irregular menstruation, and even spontaneous abortion...

  • Suppresses your thyroid function, which slows down your metabolism, making you gain weight...

  • Virtually shuts off all fat-burning, because growth hormone (GH), your major fat-burning hormone, is suppressed by cortisol…

  • Cannibalizes lean muscle tissue for fuel, instead of fat, making you weaker…

  • Leeches minerals out of your bones that it can no longer absorb from your food, making your bones more brittle and likely to break as you age…

Second, higher effort workouts increase cortisol[2].

Third, longer workouts also increase cortisol[3].

Fourth, high frequency workouts can be hard to recover from, which, more often than not leads to overtraining[4].

(You’ll know you’re overtraining[4] when your strength and conditioning levels drop, you get irritable, anxious, having sleep problems, general fatigue, restlessness, and/or you’re getting chronic joint soreness and muscle stiffness.)

… Which is exactly the opposite of what you want to happen, right?

You actually end up in the -

Stress-Cortisol-Workout Cycle

You workout to relieve stress...

But when you’re working out too hard, too long, or too frequently, this causes more stress on your body…

Because you can’t recover properly, so…

You’re frustrated with your lack of results which causes more stress...

So you either double down and workout more…

Or you quit, end up feeling guilty, causing more stress…

And then start the cycle over again.

So -

What's the Solution?

You Need To Work Out LESS...

Look, I know that the idea of doing shorter workouts sounds crazy to some, maybe even you.

So take a look at this -

In a 2012 Danish study[5], researchers studied two groups of men for 13 weeks.

The first, exercised 60 minutes a day, most days of the week.

The second, exercised 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.

You’d naturally expect the group who worked out longer to have better results, right?

WRONG.

It was actually just the opposite.

Lead researcher, Mads Rosenkilde, presented 3 surprising findings:

  1. … Men who exercised 30 minutes a day lost an average of 3.6 kilos in three months, while the full-hour group only lost 2.7 kilos.”

“The men who exercised 30 minutes a day burned more calories than they should in relation to the exercise program they were assigned to. Those who exercised the most lost too little weight relative to the energy they burned by running, cycling or rowing.”

    Take Home Point:

50% less work performed produced almost 50% more weight loss.

  2. Food logs from the 60-minute workout group found that this group was automatically increasing the amount of food they were eating, and were relatively inactive when they weren’t exercising. “‘“I think they were fatigued,” Mr. Rosenkilde says.”

    Take Home Point:

Longer workouts make you more tired and make you eat more. (a.k.a. They create more stress!)

  3. “The men exercising half as much, however, seemed to grow energized and inspired.”

    Take Home Point:

Shorter Workouts GIVE YOU MORE ENERGY.

Furthermore...

Did you know that you can workout -

Even Less Than You'd Expect...

A 2011 European Journal of Applied Physiology study[6] compared post-exercise energy expenditure between two groups.

The first group did one set of a 10-exercise resistance training circuit.

The second group did 3 sets of the same 10-exercise resistance training circuit.

They measured post-exercise energy expenditure 24, 48, and 72 hours post-workout.

Both groups showed an elevated metabolism of around 100 calories per day.

Let’s say that a different way:

The first group did 67% LESS work and burned the same amount of calories post-workout.

Take Home Point:

Significantly shorter workouts (up to 67% less work) can burn the same number of calories post workout as longer workouts.

In fact, to get in shape faster, with less effort, and more time to do all the other things you want or need to do you should actually...

Stop “Working Out” Altogether…

And do something better instead.

First, here's what discovered at that workshop, lying on the floor...

I made it through the workshop that weekend - barely.

With the thoughts of my soon-to-be-born son rolling around in my head, and a broken body, I had to think of what the opposite was.

First thing I had to do was shorten my workouts.

The second thing I had to do was change my perspective.

In our tight-knit group of kettlebell instructors, strength coaches, and athletes, we all discussed the “Training vs. Working Out” concept for years.

“Training” has purpose.

An end goal.

“Working out”or “workouts” were a form of exercise for exercise’s sake, that had no clear outcome, other than exercising to release endorphins -

Which is close to exhaustion -

Hence the term “worked out.”

As an athlete, I knew better.

Except I still called my training “workouts.”

And it subconsciously showed.

I was always pushing, pushing, pushing…

Believing myself impervious to the laws of physiology -

Namely the stress response.

So, I had to start “training” again.

Not training to be strong.

Rather...

"Training" To Be Healthy

Which, unbeknownst to most, is THE SECRET we’ve all really been looking for.

Think about it:

The men and women who live the longest?

Also the healthiest.

And of course, part of me getting my health back was getting my cortisol levels in check.

Along with my the rest of my anabolic hormones -

Testosterone, Growth Hormone, and Insulin.

And that’s because all the things we work out for -

Energy, stress relief, strength, endurance, six pack abs, looking good "nekkid," feeling good about ourselves in our clothes…

At the end of the day?

Those are based on health.

And health is based upon how well your major anabolic hormones -

Testosterone, Growth Hormone (GH) and insulin function.

Look -

Testosterone:

  • Restores and maintain your sex drive and sexual fulfillment

  • Maintains liver function (Your liver is where your body burns fat. Poor liver function = minimal fat loss)

  • Improves your ability to think and remember

  • Decreases the risk of heart attack

  • Decreases the risk of breast cancer in women

  • Decreases belly fat in both men and women

  • Decreases manboobs in men

Growth Hormone:

  • Enhances your ability to burn fat both during exercise and at rest

  • Increases your ability eat (yummy) carbs by balancing and counteracting levels of insulin in your body

  • Improves your ability to think and remember

  • Retains and grows new muscle counteracting muscle loss (sarcopenia) associated with stress and aging

  • Reverses the aging process by decreasing the damage done by free radicals

Insulin:

  • Controls the amount of glucose (carbohydrates) in your bloodstream

  • Helps store glucose and amino acids in your liver, fat, and muscles

  • Regulates your body’s metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins

  • Helps build lean muscle tissue to help combat the effects of aging

So, I had to train in such a way to let my body rest, heal, and recover, while making sure I didn’t hurt myself again.

(I’m happy to report 2010 was the last time I had that injury.)

I Started To Feel GREAT!

There wasn’t anything on the market at the time I could use.

And I was out of contact with Alfonso, my coach.

So I had to figure this out on my own.

It was a struggle because I was used to working out hard and heavy.

Not training for health...

I ended up doing abbreviated (for me) training sessions -

15… 20… sometimes, but rarely 30 minutes.

And I started to feel great.

Energetic.

Strong again.

Doing things I’d NEVER done before -

Rock bottom, bodyweight Single Leg (Pistol) Squats…

One Arm One Leg Push Ups...

All pain free.

And combined with “opposite” nutritional strategies - which I’ll tell you about in a minute -

I leaned out to a level I hadn’t seen in the previous 15 years -

A 32 inch waist and six pack abs.

Best part?

I remember meeting Pavel Tsatsouline for coffee the night before we kicked off the RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor Certification in Budapest, Hungary, where I was a Master Instructor.

I hadn’t seen him since the weekend of my hip/lower back injury.

He was shocked!

He said, “Geoff, you look great - so… Athletic! What have you been doing?”

Imagine that -

How do you become more athletic and athletic looking by no longer “training like an athlete?”

Or at least training how people who don’t really know how athletes train think you should train athletes?

Speaking of, that leads me to my second point…

For optimum results -

Feeling less stressed, more energetic, leaner, and stronger…

From your new, shorter kettlebell training (not workouts), you should strongly consider -

Professionally Designed Programs For Faster Progress

…  Instead of what most people use -

“Amatuer Workouts.”

Let’s face it -

Most people grab free workouts from YouTube, some website special report, or some Celebrity Trainer DVD.

And most of those workouts are a bunch of exercises slapped together designed to make you feel the burn, get out of breath, and sweat a lot.

And that’s by doing that bunch of exercises, for lots of reps, using poor technique, with very little rest between them.

5 or 6 days a week.

That’s a recipe for overtraining or worse - injury.

Why?

Simple.

As you get tired, your muscles burn from the high reps and heavy workload.

Your heart rate accelerates, and you get out breath.

As you struggle to breathe and get the reps in, your technique breaks down simply because your body prioritizes oxygen over form.

To make matters worse, most of these workouts are just randomized.

The only “planning” that goes into them is -

“How hard can I make someone work so they sweat buckets, breathe a lot, and approach borderline Pukeville so they feel like they’ve gotten a good workout?”

Sure, doing some workouts are better than no workouts - in most cases.

But workout plans...

Training Programs...

Professionally designed - more often than not using principles of periodization (training planning) produce faster results.

Why?

They follow the SAID Principle

Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands.

Said another way...

You get what you train for.

Look, if you wanted to be a concert pianist, would you mess around with drums, guitar, banjo, and clarinet?

Throw in some tennis and bowling for variety?

Or maybe you’d play until your fingers bled?

“You got this - One more stanza! One more chord! One more key!”

No.

Of course not.

That’d be silly.

You’d practice the piano.

A LOT.

What about if you wanted to get a black belt in Brazillian Jiu Jistu?

How often would you practice?

All the time right?

You wouldn’t spend one day boxing, the next day doing karate, the next Tae Kwon Do, and another playing the guitar for some “cross training,” right?

Only practice “Live” grappling with zero technique work or concern for drilling correct technique?

No, of course not.

You’d practice - you’d train BJJ by learning new techniques, drilling those techniques, and routinely grappling live - going all out only occasionally.

Same thing with Kettlebell Training.

You practice the exercises - the lifts - in a pre-planned, highly focused manner…

Adding reps as your technique solidifies, and pushing hard workouts infrequently, when you’re up for it...

Systematically…

So you can reduce your stress, the effects of it - namely high cortisol

And by doing so, boost your primary anabolic hormones - testosterone and GH.

To make you healthier… stronger… leaner…

In fact, a review of the scientific research has found that...

Systematically Planned Training Produces 23.5% Faster Results Than Amateur Workouts.[7]

That’s a pretty big difference, wouldn't you agree?

Now, you can spend some time scouring the internet trying to find coaches who are known for their programming skills and use the trial and error approach…

Or you could spend years studying traditional programming...

And then figure out how to transfer that to fixed weights, like kettlebells...

Like I did.

Or...

You can let me do it for you.

After all, I was a Certified Master Kettlebell Instructor inside not one, but two different Kettlebell Instructor Certifications…

A Division 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rutgers University where my job was to design programs and train athletes to be stronger, faster, and better conditioned for competition…

And I’ve been training people from all walks of life - athletes, busy professionals, stay-at-home moms, even US military special operators since 1993…

Which is why I put this together for you -

Kettlebell EXPRESS!

100 Professionally Designed, Stress-Relieving, Time-Efficient Kettlebell Programs

Inside you’ll find 100 different, easy to use, stress-relieving, time-efficient kettlebell training programs that you can do in 15 to 30 minutes a day - 3 days a week.

That way you can alleviate stress through “working out” but in a sane and nearly 25% more productive way…

Rather than trying to cobble something together on your own...

Or wade through hundreds of YouTube videos...

Or do the same durn workout from some Celebrity Trainer for 60 minutes that leaves you a quivering mess when you’re done…

… So sore for days after you can barely sit on the toilet, brush your hair, or sneeze with stifling the tears.

Here's A Look At Some Of The Programs Inside...

I say "Outrageous" because each one of these bonuses could be or have been offered to the public for the the price of Kettlebell EXPRESS! or more...

And yet, I've decided to include them as bonuses today.

Why?

To make sure you are fully equipped to win the battle against stress, reclaim your health, and start taking control of your life.

So here's a rundown of what you get inside each bonus...

BONUS #1: The Permanent Weight Loss Solution & PWS Menu Hacks
Say 'Goodbye' To Dieting Forever

If you struggle with your weight, you’ll want to use this.

I developed The Permanent Weight Loss Solution after my back injury.

It was the “opposite” of everything I’d done at the time.

It works for two main reasons:

  1. It identifies why you can’t lose weight by using the A.N.C.H.O.R. System

  2. You can eat all your favorite foods - pizza, ice cream, fries, burgers, whatever - so you don’t ever feel deprived and you can actually speed up your fat loss by doing so.

The PWS Menu Hacks are menus to implement on day 1 to eliminate any guesswork you might have about how to set up your fat-burning meals.

No more stressing about your weight.

Speed up your metabolism and burn fat while enjoying your favorite meals using The Permanent Weight Loss Solution.

(Retail: $47)

BONUS #2: Mobility Mojo
Feel Young And Loose Again

What if you “need to” workout - train - 6 days a week?

This is how you do it.

Alternate kettlebell training sessions with short, focused “Mobility Mojo” sessions, designed to lubricate stiff joints, untie knotty muscles, and empower you to move like a kid again.

I used to include these four Mobility Sequences, which build upon one another, as warm-ups and off-day sessions in my old “Kettlebell Secrets Insider Coaching” program, which people paid $77.77 per month.

(Value: $97)

BONUS #3: The Secret Stress-Stomper
(Your "Break Glass In Case Of Emergency")

How do you scrape off the tension you clinging to you after a day filled with aggravation?

I’ll show you in this short video.

Use this pre-training to unwind or late at night right before bed and sleep like a baby.

(Value: $47)

BONUS #4: Armored Abs
Build A Strong, Athletic, Flat Midsection

Flat… Toned... Six-Pack and Sexy Abs...

Here’s how you get them.

Build this one “developmental” exercise (not the Dead Bug) through this simple, 3-step sequence for abs that protects your spine, makes you look great, and enables you to perform even better.

(Value: $147)

BONUS #5: THE BIG 6
Workshop Style Single Kettlebell Exercise Tutorials

How do you perform the Big 6 Single kettlebell lifts - the Swing, Goblet Squat, Get Up, Press, Clean, and Snatch safely…

… And do so quickly?

This 5+ hour step-by-step video series shows you how.

Filmed in Real Time “Workshop” Style - you get to see two “guinea pigs” learn the lifts practically from scratch -

AND more importantly -

The Corrections you (and they) use for crisp, powerful, strong, and SAFE kettlebell lifting technique.

Watch, follow along, and practice for 10 to 20 minutes on your “off” days if you’re not going to use Mobility Mojo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Kettlebell EXPRESS! again?

A: It's a compendium, an encyclopedia, a collection of 100 different professionally designed and planned, time-efficient single kettlebell programs.

Each can be done between 15 and 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week.

This is important because shorter workouts have been proven to relieve stress and help people lose weight up to 50% faster than longer, 60-minute or more traditional workouts.

Q: Who can benefit from Kettlebell EXPRESS! - just men? Or women too? And what ages?

A: Kettlebell EXPRESS! is for men and women of all ages, but primarily over 30 who have a stress-filled life and don't want to spend it working out 1 to 2 hours a day, only to feel stiff, sore, and achey all the time as a result.

They want to be "in shape" - leaner, stronger, healthier - with more energy to be fully engaged and present in their lives - with their kids, spouses, significant others, families, and friends.

Q: How many kettlebells do I need to use the programs in Kettlebell EXPRESS!?

A: That depends on which programs you choose - but you can start with just one.

Q: What's included with Kettlebell EXPRESS!? Does it come with exercise instructions? What about follow along videos?

A: Great question!

There are written exercise instructions for the basic single kettlebell exercise inside the manual itself.

One of the bonuses - THE BIG 6 - is a 5+ hour deep-dive instructional video covering everything you need to know about safely lifting a kettlebell. It sells for $99 but it's yours free during this special limited time offer.

Q: Is this a Limited Time Offer?

A: Yes. It's only available for the life of this special #SuckItCOVID sale designed to empower folks to reclaim some semblance of control both physically and mentally over this whole COVID mess.

Q: What if I have questions about the material inside Kettlebell EXPRESS!

A: Not a problem. With your purchase today, you get unlimited free email support. Simply email me at "Support@ChasingStrength.com" and I'll get back to you with your answer within 48 hours or less.
